The Bonn and Koch 100 H horizontal hobbing machines can hob and gear shaft with a diameter of 100 mm. Install tool combinations, cut different gears on one piece, or install keyways and slots with a tool without reclamping. Because the chip conveyor is directly below the spindle of the machine, the chip is immediately withdrawn from the machine to avoid any heat distortion. In addition, 100 H can be automated to process larger plots.
